I take a holistiic approach to therapy, incorporating solid evidence based techniques with personal adaptation to your needs. No one approach fits every person. I believe succesful threapy involves a good fit between the therapist, the client and the approach. It is a co-creative process. Ultimately, it is what works for you that is the most important; and we strive to find that with you.

A little more about my Background
Educationally, I have had a very broad and eclectic road. Starting out as a theatre major back in the day in undergrad, I quickly decided that might lead me to a lifetime of service as a waiter (and while I have enjoyed a good number of years and have a lot of respect for food service workers) and I was looking for a little more. I pursued educational pathways that exposed me to a good number of human service fields and humanistic academic fields, they all broight me back to ehalth care and ehlping other individuals. My career has spanned work in multiple health care fields and settings, including in academia as an assistant professor for a time. Currently, I enjoy operating out of my own private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Psychologist
